I got this recipe from Angela's site at Oh..she glows
. It is absolutely delicious! And probably has a million points in it! lol I gave about a quarter of it to my dad, and I have packaged about half of it and will take it in to work tomorrow! It's Brownie Pecan Caramel Cake, but I couldn't get pecans, so used sliced almonds on top instead - no less tasty!
And I made a huge pot of soup to do me for my lunches at work! Yummy healthy stuff!
I haven't been to the gym in over a week! Though I have been doing a bit of running when out with Molly.
This photo was taken when we went to Troon Beach a few weeks ago .........brrrr it was cold!
The snow has arrived here, and it's the first time Molly has been out in it! It's so cute to watch her jump about trying to catch the falling snowflakes! Guaranteed to get you out of a bad mood!
Tomorrow I am hitting the gym and getting back to running! I hope you have all had a great weekend and have a great week! :-)

I made buffalo chicken bites for my lunches for the week. I need to make soup for Tuesdays luncheon at my school, so I am going to make extra for lunches as well for next week.
