I finally did a workout tonight!!! Woop, woop! I was watching the Biggest Loser and all of a sudden I had the urge to jump on the bike and do a Sprint 8 workout! - It's 25 minutes of intervals, which makes the time seem quicker! I was dripping in sweat afterward and during the "sprint" parts, I kept yelling to myself - LAST CHANCE!! THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE!! lol - Crazy chick!
Anyway, just wanted to post how great I feel after doing my workout! I have been sticking to my points, eating healthy, but every night I have one of these - my treat I look forward to at night! 4 points of chocolaty goodness!

Hopefully I can report a loss when I weigh in at the weekend!!

ReplyDeleteI agree--Biggest Loser is really inspirational. I just like to see people show the ugly truth of weight loss--it hurts and it makes you cranky! Workouts can make me feel really high all day long. It's just getting started that's hard, but once you're about 10 minutes into, you feel invincible. Yahoo!

ReplyDeleteYum!! I wish my diet allowed any sugar...ugh maybe after this 6 week body makeover is finished, i'll go on weight watchers so i can eat like a normal, healthy person!

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about feeling better after a workout! That's definitely how I felt today! I have never even heard of a Crunchie in my life, but looking at the picture of the wrapper makes me hungry anyway. :o)

Oh the crunchie is definitely worth a workout-I have a sweet tooth too,and it makes me feel less guilty when I've done my quota of workouts ;-)
