I had another great workout at the gym today. I actually went this morning before going to work! Now that is the first time I have done that in a REALLY long time! I think the last time I did that was about 6 or 7 years ago when I was doing Body for Life and worked out 6 days a week!

Then it clicked just this week. I WANT to go the gym again. I WANT to get sweaty and out of breath and feel so sore the next day that I can hardly move! (Yeah, I'm sick like that! lol) And that's exactly what I've been feeling like today - it's painful to even get up from a chair!
Here's what I did:
Treadmill - 15 mins - 2 mins walking, 2 mins running, 1 minute walking, 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking, 2 minutes running, 2 minutes walking and 3 minutes running. Total running time: 9 minutes!!
Cross Trainer - 10 minutes - Kilimanjaro Hill Program - Level 10 - 15
Spin Bike - 10 minutes - intervals.
Some stretches at the end!
I burned about 450 calories in this workout and felt great afterwards!
It's weigh in day tomorrow but I have a feeling I will stay the same. I haven't been tracking my points and haven't been eating much fruit or veg - which means I have been snacking too much on potato chips, candy bars and ice cream..............woops - I really need to get to the grocery store. I am missing my fruit and veg!!

First of all, KILLER workout!!! I think what you did is called HIIT if I'm not mistaken. I've heard good things about this kind of cardio.
