Update

Boooo! I didn't get to my 14 pounds like I had hoped. Never mind though - it will come off when it's ready. My trainer has told me to take 2 weeks off my diet. But not to go crazy - healthy eating with the odd treat! So no counting carbs for two weeks! I don't know how I'm going to be able to handle that. She also told me to tell Kenny he has to take me out for a meal!! I had some chocolate yesterday, and a tiny portion of Chinese food - and I had a REALLY BAD headache. I was in my bed at half nine! So I cannot handle too much crap in my diet anyway. Though having said that I just had a Cadbury's Flake and a couple of biscuits (Will have a nice healthy dinner tonight though!) I had my trainer today and it was so tough! I burned 600 calories! Woo hoo!! I feel so good right now it's quite amazing!

I am getting more and more excited for my Florida vacation - we haven't had a vacation in 5 years :-( Need a break and time to get away! It's only 9 weeks away!!

Our iMac at home seems to be acting funny. It won't start running Mac, but will start up in Windows mode (we have two "partitions" or something that makes that possible! Don't know much about it!!) I hope Kenny can fix it because I love using the mac - I'm not a fan of Windows anymore :-( I just hope I can save all my pictures!!

I bought a delicious dressing last week (American of course!) Brianna's Rich Poppy Seed Dressing - it is to die for!! Has anyone tried this?? It's quite high in calories but there is zero saturated fat! Beautiful!

  2. Taking 2 weeks off from a diet? Shucks, I do that all the time, without even paying for a trainer's advice.

    I hope it works better for you than it does for me. :(
