Workout - Bike

I am just back from the gym and had an awesome workout on the bike! I did 40mins total (with 5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool-down) My HRM is broken (I think it just needs a new battery!) - but I had the strap on so that I could still see my heart rate on the bike.

Time: 40 minutes
Max HR: Approx 165
Distance: 15.19km (9.43 miles) ONLY 16.77 MILES TO GO FOR MY MINI GOAL!
Level: Between 5 and 10
Calories burned: 260
