I had a great day today! I went to the gym after work and hopped on the bike again. I didn't do as good as yesterday, but I did do 35 minutes and 11.50km (7.14 miles). Man, my butt was sore! I didn't stay on as long because I had been fighting a headache since waking up this morning and started to feel a bit woozy and dizzy the higher my heart rate got! Before when I've had headaches I have just blown off my workouts, but now I feel different. I WANT to do it. I like the gym, I like the atmosphere there and I feel so damn good afterwards - I am remembering how I feel after working out, and I'm just doing it!
So, my stats are:
Time: 35 minutes
Max HR: 155 (approx)
Distance: 11.50km (7.14miles) - ONLY 9.63 MILES TO GO FOR MINI GOAL (I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS ON MY NEXT WORKOUT!)

I really need to get a new battery for my HRM - I feel it is far more motivating to see your stats at the end!
