My 100th Post - Finally!!

Hey guys! Thanks for sticking around! Ok, there's no more messing about - it's serious kick-butt time! Last week, I ate good one day, bad the next.......BUT....I did go to the gym twice and burned over 600 calories. That was my first time back in the gym in about 6 months.........I can't believe it has been that long. I feel as if I have just been wasting time and wasting my life away doing nothing because I'm fat. It really is time to stop this. Eating crap = Feeling crap. I think I've said that before :-(

So as this is my 100th post - this is a brand new start! It's a new week. And although I haven't eaten the best things today (too much bread!) I am still going to go kick-butt in the gym tonight. As it's a new start, here are my new stats!

Weight: 177lbs (ouch!)
Body Fat: 43.7%
LBM: 94.8lbs

Waist: 35.5 inch
Hips: 46.5 inch
Bust: 42 inch

Pounds to Lose: 42lbs

Those measurements are BAD. I have basically put all the weight back on that I lost last month. And put 3 inches back on to my waist! So this is a FRESH start.

MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 135LBS.

I will report back later after my gym session. I was thinking of doing a kind of Biggest Loser Challenge, like the one they had last week on the bikes! Except of doing 26.2 miles in one go, I could do it over the course of this week! I'm not really a fan of the bike - I have a fancy one at home as well - but I thought a wee challenge like this would keep me focussed!
