
Hey everybody! Have you all had a good weekend??
On Friday, I finally stepped foot back in my gym! Man, it has been soooo long since I have been. We played tennis for an hour, and it was goood! I was running all over the place like a lunatic!! So much fun! And while I was leaving the gym, I noticed that they had a taster class coming up for a new 12 week course that starts in October. Lose and Shape Up. I am so excited because basically it's like their version of the Biggest Loser!!! I went to the taster class tonight, and learned a few things about what the class entails, and how they help you reach your goals. When the class starts, we will get a before picture taken, measurements, weight and body fat percentage. Every Monday, we will get weighed, and then given nutritional advice, recipes, how to eat, that kind of thing and every Wednesday we will do a group workout. If there are small numbers in the course, then we will be taken to the gym for the cardio machines and weights etc, but if there is a large group, we will have like circuit training, body pump type classes. There is also an online program that has meals plans, exercise demos and training programs. It sounds awesome and I am so excited to start! After the fourth and eighth week, we will have our measurements and body fat assessed again and at the final week, whoever has the highest percentage of FAT LOSS will win 5 sessions with a personal trainer! I WANNA BE THE BIGGEST LOSER!!
Losin My Thighs is having a Biggest Loser Challenge also and I will be joining her in her challenge! So, I will post pictures and measurements tomorrow - yikes!
It's all about the Biggest Loser - now it's time to start losing again!
