So today, I nearly went off the rails! I ate two big candy bars - at a WHOPPING 6 POINTS EACH!! But - I counted the points for it, which left me only 2 points for dinner time. Normally, I would just throw in the towel and say "oh well, I've already been bad, why not just keep on going?!". But no, I fought with myself - had many arguments, and the good side of me won! I came home from work and had a big bowl of homemade soup for dinner - only about 0.5 points I reckon - if that! The had a HUGE salad with some breaded fish, which was only 3.5 points. So instead of going over by about 15 points, which I could have EASILY done, I only went over by 3.5 (I had a small bowl of dry cheerios a couple of hours after dinner)
I am definitely proud of myself that I used some self control. And after reading
Andrea's blog - that definitely helped - her results have definitely motivated me! How many times can I say definitely?!!! lol
