So I watched the Biggest Loser tonight, and wasn't really feeling up to working out - but I eventually got my ass off the couch and on the bike for 25 mins while the show was on! It felt great! The last five minutes were during the contestants last chance workout and I just imagined Bob and Jillian were yelling at me!! I put the bike up to level 10 and pushed it hard - even though it was only 25 mins I did hard intervals and was soaked in sweat at the end! Awesome, so glad I did it!!

That's great that you got on the bike during. I love to imagine Bob and Jillian yelling at me when I am working out too!
