I did do a 25 minute walk this morning and worked up a bit of a sweat, but what I really need to do is get back into a routine of work, gym, healthy dinner, sleep. I know it's boring, but it's what I need to get back into. Being fat is no fun. Being self conscious all the time and feeling blah all the time is sucking the life out of me!!
It starts NOW!!!!!
Here's what I ate (it's baaad!)
3 Peanut Butter cups 5
Cheese sandwich with salad 6
Scone with jam 4
7 Biscuits 3.5
Bar of tablet (it's all sugar!) 3.5
Packet of crisps 1.5
Curly Wurly
6 Wholewheat crispbread with cottage cheese 3.5
2 Meringue nests 1.5
That makes me sick to see that in black and white - there is only one thing on that list that has any nutritional value!!!!
Eating that crap is not going to help me lose 20lbs. I had no plan today - and you know what they say - You fail to plan, you plan to fail - and that's exactly what I did today. It can only get better!
