A Great Day!

It's almost 9pm, and I still have 2 points left for my chocolate fudge bar treat tonight :-)

This is what I ate today:

Breakfast: Green Monster and a bowl of oats 3 points
Cappuccino with brown sugar 0.5 points

Lunch: Pita "pizza" with caramelized red onion, half tsp of pesto and WW Cheese 4.5 points

Dinner: Fish in Breadcrumbs, Spinach, and mixed lettuce salad 4.5 points
Mullerlight yogurt with 2 meringue nests 3.0 points

Snacks: Crumpet with jam/8 prunes - 2.5 points
Pack of ready salted square crisps - 1.5 points
Cadbury's Fudge Bar 2.0 points (still to enjoy!)

I also got in a brisk 25 minute walk with Molly this morning! I have had a relaxing day at home, just watching Style Network and E! I also tried a new WW recipe that I got from the Weight Watchers magazine - I was going to have it with dinner but it wasn't ready on time :-( It's in the fridge for tomorrow's dinner :-) I will post the recipe tomorrow - after I try it of course!

I am feeling so much happier, healthier and in control! Let's hope I can keep it up - I'm just going to take it one day at a time.
