I don't have much to report today - I did a 5k walk this morning, and it was tough but I burned 350 calories! Yay!
My weight was down a tiny bit this morning to 173.8lbs - so hopefully it keeps going down, down, down!
Time to walk Molly, then time for bed! I hope you've all had a great weekend!





Keep up the good work, I too am on a weight loss journey, but its started off kind of slow.
