New Year's Day!

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year! As you can see my blog has had a make-over, which I think looks a lot better than last time, what do you think?? I started off today with very good intentions and I even photographed most of the things I ate! Kenny thinks I am off my head! Anyway, this is what I had for today:

50g oats with some chocolate powder sprinkled on for decoration

Home-made cappuccino/latte:

3 chocolates ......... I had eaten one before I took the picture!

For lunch I had this with whole-wheat toasted bread with low fat spread - it has sooo much fiber (even has red kidney beans!)

Then I had a good ol' fashioned sherbet dip........ and a ginger biscuit!

Then for dinner I had cod with a butter sauce .........which is quite low in calories - only 106 (2 ww points) and 60g wholewheat pasta (3 points) - no picture :(

Then after that it all went horribly wrong - I opened a pack of chocolate biscuits that I got from work, from a selection of goodies that patient's had handed into the surgery, and now I feel as if I'm in a sugar coma! Blah!

That's one minor blip on the radar, and to be honest it has been a lot worse than that the last week!

Tomorrow we are going to the beach with Molly to give her a good runabout! I will take plenty of photographs and post some tomorrow. Oh and before I go, here is a working copy of the list of goals and things I want to try in 2009! What are some of your goals and aspirations for this year?
