Day at the Beach

Today we headed off to the beach with Molly, even though it was freezing! This was her first time at the beach and she loved it! In fact after we got back home, she has been asleep or lazing about - usually she runs about daft trying to take our socks off!

I took my camera with me so here are some of my photographs I wanted to share :)

I started out well again today with eating but those darn chocolates kept calling my name! I ate some of them and then threw the rest of them in the bin, and then sprayed them kitchen cleaner! Just in case I fished them back out again later! So there are no more chocolates or treats left in the house and we went shopping after the beach and I stocked up on salad and fruit, fish and chicken.

The gym we are thinking of joining has given us 2 guest passes to use to try out their facilities and we are going along on Sunday. The weights section in this gym is amazing! They even have kettlebells! I have never seen them in the gyms here before. They also have a climbing wall, which means if I try that, I will have achieved one of my goals - yeah!
