Today I had my personal training "taster" session at the gym. It was AMAZING! I basically did a shortened version of the workout my trainer was preparing for me. I only did 2 sets of lunges and two sets of squats (no weights!) and my legs are already sore! In fact they were like jelly on my second set :-) I have signed up for the personal training and will meet with my trainer once a week and I have been "ordered" (ha ha ha!) to do some classes as well. So earlier this evening I booked myself into the Keiser spinning class tomorrow morning (yikes!! - I'm scared!)
I just feel so excited again about losing weight! I can't wait to start seeing the results!!
