Update on Goals!

I can't believe it's been a week since my last entry!! I must say I have done very well with my goals! Every day last week I was drinking about 3 litres of water, I had oats every day for breakfast, I had a green monster 4 out of the 7 days (I ran out of spinach mid week!), have been out most nights for at least 20 mins walking Molly, reading my Goddess book and taking care of myself and the house. The only thing I didn't do was go to the gym. I just didn't go and didn't make any effort to. And as the week went on it was easier just to say I'll start next week. That's a bad way to think! My diet automatically got better by Thursday and I have been sticking to my point religiously! I never weighed myself once during the week either. I weighed in this morning at 174.4. So a loss of 1.2lbs! And that's only after been on track since Thursday!

It has been easier to stick to my WW because I have something exciting to work towards and I can't wait!! I will reveal my exciting news once it has been confirmed!! EEEEK!! SO EXCITED!!!

Ok, it's nearly time for bed for this gal.

  3. Oh my - I hadn't realised you were in Scotland too! I am over in Fife, quite near St. Andrews, I guess you are over in the West?

    That Goddess book looks great, I think it is going to have to find its way into my Amazon shopping basket some time soon, lol!
