Phooey! I went to Weight Watchers tonight. Last week, which I forgot to blog about, I lost 2.5lbs - and I was sooo happy because that was the lowest weight I had been at Weight Watchers. So yesterday was a bad day, and today my weight was back up 2.5lbs. It's like a yo-yo! Whyyyy??? lol I know it can't possibly 2.5lbs of fat in one day, so next week I hope it's way back down :-) Here's hoping anyway! It was our leader's last night. She is leaving to have a foot operation and to spend the summer with her husband who works in Dubai. She just felt that if she was going to be off most of the time that it wasn't fair on us to keep having different leaders every week, so a new person is taking over next week. I just hope she is as motivating as our previous leader! She was amazing and really kept us interested.

So I am going to have a relaxing night. Have a nice dinner and get an early night!

  1. That same problem has happened to me.. weight is so weird...it just fluctuates too much. Congrats on the weight loss...I don't believe that you could have gained that all back. Maybe you weighed yourself on a full stomach?

  2. I did weigh on a full stomach :-( Usually I try not to eat anything for a few hours before weigh in, but I was just too hungry today! lol Hope it's an even better loss next week!

  3. You have such a good mindset though, you just keep on going instead of giving up with the scale goes up. I bet it will be way back down next week.

    And I would NEVER weigh after I ate or before I went to the bathroom :) Seriously, it is first thing in the morning or not at all for me.

  5. don't pay attention to changes in your weight on a daily basis. weekly or even bi weekly is a more accurate measure
