Hi. I am new to your blog. I see you are following mine too. Thanks! I could relate to your "about me" when you said you have lost and gained the same 15 lbs over and over. I was the same way and it was so frustrating. Now I am down about 65 lbs and have about 20 more to go. I have been struggling with the same 5 lbs over and over now! Its progress though.

I have gotten much support this way. Be yourself, even on what I call the "cranky" days. Anyway, love your blog and look forward to follwoing your journey.
