Or I may have this!

It's only 2% fat, and only 101 calories for 30g bowl! How cool is that?! And all the ingredients are easy to pronounce! It's all natural - I can't wait to try this either! Though, I am notorious for eating whole boxes of cereal at a time - especially if it's Frosted Wheats or Special K - TOO MUCH SUGAR!!
I got these to have for lunches or dinners at the weekend...........I just love a panini! I have low fat shredded mozzarella to have on it!
And last but not least - some gorgeous sweet potatoes!!
I am so excited about Florida again. I was feeling down in the dumps and just feeling hopeless and that I didn't want to go because I keep thinking I'll still be fat. But, starting now - I can turn this around. I will try my hardest to get to my goal weight, but if I don't, and I'm close enough to it, then I know I will feel a helluva lot better than I do right now!
I think I will need a special suitcase to bring all the stuff home that I know I'm going to buy in Whole Foods when I get to the good ol' USA! Kenny is already dreading it!! Ha ha! He hates grocery shopping with me! I like to browse and look at everything, where as he is more like - get in the store, grab what you need and get outta there! I know there is Whole Foods just a 2 minute drive from our hotel!!! Plus I can't wait to get to Krispy Kreme again ..............What?? I'll be skinny by then! ;)
Does anyone have any favorite Whole Foods products??? What do you recommend???

Sweet potatoes are my fav, I think!
ReplyDeleteLast but not least, indeed!
I stand corrected - I tried the Steel-Cut Oats - yummy with some peanut butter! At least a close second.
ReplyDeleteHow are you doing? Just checkin' in with you, sweetie!
