Bullseye!

Hey Bloggies. I wasn't going to write a blog for a while because I felt like I let myself down last week for falling short of my goal that I set for myself to do 26.2 miles on the bike. But then I realised I would just be hiding from it instead of facing up to it! When I feel bad and down about myself, I tend just to say "stuff it" and eat anything and everything. I keep thinking what can I eat next! But for me, I need to start writing about these things so that I can look back and see where I was at a particular time.

So, I haven't been the best. My weight is creeping up again and my work trousers are TIGHT! That makes me feel worse and want to eat more. Need to get a grip. I had ordered my groceries online last night and it was delivered tonight. All healthy stuff! I have things for healthy lunches, healthy dinners, gorgeous sweet potatoes and salad, and loads of bottled water (fizzy water!) I really need to cut down on the diet soda. It's EVIL!!

I am thinking (yet again!) of joining a WW class. Not sure which one to go to though. I have been to most of them and I didn't really like the leaders! The one I did like, who I found really motivating, left the class! And the woman that replaced her was one I had been to before and didn't like - boo hoo! I think these are all just excuses at the end of the day!

PS. Kenny got me this mug for Easter - because I love Bullseye from Toy Story - I already scoffed the chocolate egg that was in it!)
