I weighed in this morning at 175.4lbs. This is my new start weight! I need to lose just under 50lbs to get to my goal of 126. It's on baby! I am not going to Florida obese. It's just not going to happen! I know I would feel so bad about myself that I just wouldn't enjoy myself. Especially in 90 degree weather!! So.... tomorrow I am going to post my starting pictures and measurements. This time I am not playing around. This weight loss is going to happen! I have never felt so positive or sure that this time it's coming off. I have already lost over 15lbs. It had been over 20 but since I wasn't the best bunny over Christmas, I gained more than a few pounds! I have been fighting a cold since before Christmas and I know I'm not well enough to go to the gym but I can control my eating.
I'm going to join Weight Watchers again and go to a class on Wednesday after work.
Can someone tell me how Weight Watchers points work in the USA/Canada? It seems as if you guys get a whole lot more flexibility with weekly points as well as your daily points?? How does it work??
I need to remember to post my last year goals and how many of them I achieved! I fear it may not be all that good! And I need to set some new goals and dreams of what I want to achieve this year! Blogging more is one of them!!
Have a fabulous day xoxoxo

Eve!! I am so excited for you!! I will be here to support you like you have supported me. I wish you the best, I know you can do it!

Depending on your starting weight, you get X amount of points. then everyone gets 35 "flex" points to be used however you want for one week. You also earn Activity points for exercise. I've seen some bloggers in the UK who are on WW, and they sure don't seem to get many points!!
ReplyDeleteWe're all expecting this summer to be THE ONE! I have a goal I won't go to the beach again until I feel confident enough to actually peel down to a swimsuit -- no T-shirt over top of it. I miss the beach so much, it's a great incentive. Just remind yourself--not of the ultimate awesome goal weight, but just think "I need to be at least one pound smaller for the beach" and then when you lose that one pound say "I just need to be one pound smaller for the beach" I've found this works well because even if I only lost 1 pound, at least I didn't get bigger before the beach. Good luck! We're all cheering you on.
ReplyDeleteOh Yeah! Your tone is so strong. This is it! I can feel it! (I mean it this time, too!)
ReplyDeleteBest of Luck!
