Blah!

Hey everyone! So sorry I haven't blogged in a while! I have been in kinda of a funk for the last week. Haven't been eating properly, haven't been exercising - same old, same old really. I did walk for 40 minutes on Sunday (wowee!) with Molly, but that's the extent of it. I know what I need to do, I just don't have any get up and go to do it :-(

Silver lining - I have joined Weight Watchers online! And the best part is that it's free! It was free to join, 29.95 for three months, but as I signed up through a cash back website, I will get £30 back!! Yay! And next week I am going to Body Combat at the gym. So I am just going to take baby steps again, instead of overwhelming myself trying to do everything at once. Last Friday, I cleaned out all my kitchen cupboards, got rid of LOT of out of date food, and just organized everything so I know at a glance what I have and what I need when I go grocery shopping.

The icy cold weather is starting to thaw - thank goodness! But they say it may snow later this week! Why isn't it Spring already??

Anyway, not much else to report just now - I still haven't done my measurements or taken my "start" photos yet, but hopefully by the end of the week :-)

I haven't read any blogs for ages, need to go catch up on everything!
