Sorry it's so blurry! I took the photo myself on the timer and only had the white wall to focus the camera on! :-(
I can see a small difference though! And it's only about 6lbs difference between the before and after.
I went to the gym today and had a great workout. It seemed harder this time though. And I didn't have my heart rate monitor on, which is a huge motivation for me to work even harder! I did have my Nike+ with me though, but because I don't have the Nike + trainers, it was sliding around my ankle in my sock, and didn't register my proper speed and distance!
WORKOUT: Treadmill 34 minutes - 3.12km - 300 cals burned
X Trainer 6 minutes - Level 2 - 60 cals burned (the x-trainer is hard for me at the moment!
I used to be able to do an hour on this!)
Rower 3 minutes - Level 4 - ? cals burned
TOTAL TIME: 43 MINUTES
I hope this will be the week I can get back into my stride. I am off work this week so can get plenty of rest before and after workouts and more time to prepare my meals and not have the sweet temptations at work!
Going to the cinema later to see Confessions of a Shopaholic, so should be fun! Been wanting to see this movie for a while now! Can't wait!
