Upper Body Workout

The weather here was fantastic again today - the temperature on my car said it was 33! That's like Florida temps! lol If only it was Florida - ahhh heaven! Don't you hate working when the weather is so nice outside?! I finished work at 3pm and headed off to the gym.

I started my new program today at the gym - wow, it was brilliant! I did upper body weights. Here's my program:

Chest Press 3 sets of 15 17.5kg
DBell Flyes 3 sets of 15 4.0kg

Dbell Rows 3 sets of 15 10 kg
Assist Pull ups 3 sets of 15 (set at 65kg) lightweight!

Bicep Curl 3 sets of 15 4kg
Assist Dips 3 sets of 15 set at 60kg
Front Raises 3 sets of 15 5kg plate

Stretches on swiss ball.

The best thing about this program is I'm in and out the gym within an hour! Amazing! And tomorrow is my first cardio day. I will be doing interval training on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Just catching up on my episodes of Supernatural. I have 9 to watch! I love that show - and Jensen Ackles is HOT, HOT, HOT!! lol
